LOADING PORT: Iranian Port

PACKING: new steel barrel packing

QUANTITY: 10,000 MT (+/-10%)

 (It can be develop to 20,000 MT after first successful deal)

DELIVERY TIME: 30 days after reach L/C or T/T.

PRICE: Depend on destination port

PROCEDURE:

1. Buyer sends a LOI or ICPO + BCL not older than 3 days


2. Seller issue’s Full Corporate Offer (FCO) or Draft Contract.


3. Seller and Buyer negotiate and finalize and sign contract (HARD COPY).


4. Buyer Will open L/C or  pay the advance payment in TT and after that Seller posts or deliver the  copy of POP and  after loading in port and leave the vessel ,seller will deliver the original document to bank or to customer.


5. The remaining steps to conclude the transaction are contract specific and are described in detail in each contract
