This series presses are suitable for using in electrical connector, EI sheet, micro motor and other small accessories production. SH series press is auto press with the aim of continuous pressing at high speed. The motion of slide has very high operation precision, which can realize not only mass production of well precision and high quality products but also maintaining well precision of tooling in long term.
* Alloy casting frame of high strength, dealing with thermal aging, which means anti-vibration and minimum distortion
* Slide guide adopts three guide pillars of gapless static pressure structure, which realize high precision at high speed
* Crank support adopts four supporting points combined bearing, which makes sure of high speed and high bearing capacity
* Dynamic balance device (Model B), power reverse device fixed on the crankshaft will reduce vibration force when running and maintain high precision in long term circulate oil cooling system (Model B), cooling agent and lubrication oil will recycle back and cool the press temperately in double pipe, which will control the temperature and degenerating of oil. With the cycling control of lubrication oil, thermal expansion will reduce to minimum, which will realize the best and reliable precision of bottom dead center.
* Hydraulic slide adjusting locking device will release the stability of bottom dead center at high speed, which will also make sure of the precision of products and the life of tooling
* Low inertia clutch engages smoothly and brakes rapidly
* Large flow forced lubricating system will make sure of continuous oil support, pressure detect and reliable lubrication.
