These chairs are actually called the Tolix A chair, designed in 1934 by Xavier Pauchard, in a small town in France. The names Marais and gunmetal were never actually used by Tolix.
Tolix still to this day describes their “gunmetal” finish as Brut Verni Brilliant, which is the lacquered coated steel chair, and Brut Verni Mat, which is the raw steel chair with no lacquer. The mat finish looks more like a colonial pewter color, while the brilliant finish give the steel a deeper, shiny quality.
meticulously crafted from grade A steel and precision welded to ensure durability in the most rigorous workplaces. Slight abrasions and variations are characteristic of the chair's machine aesthetic. Our gunmetal chairs are hand finished and antiqued to create a distressed, industrial look and each chair is unique. Our chairs are stackable up to 10 high and feature rubber feet for smooth gliding across all flooring surfaces. Only galvanized finish is suitable for outside use. Gunmetal finish currently on a 2-3 week back order.

LCL Shipping
It's suitable for LCL order ,the good are Loaded to truck in factory ,then unloaded to the custom warehouse.Then the goods are loaded to the container with others'goods together .After the ship arrive the destionation ,the goods are unloaded to the customer ware house from the container ,then loaded to buyer's truck and unloaded to buyer's warehouse .So the goods need to be loaded and unloaded six times at least.
FCL shipping
It's suitable for container order ,the goods are loaded to the container directly ,the the container is sent to the custom and lift to the ship ,after arrive the destination ,the buyer can pick up the hole container andunloaded the goods to warehous .So the goods just need to be load and unloaded two times .
