Seller send Draft Contract and Pro forma Invoice after Both accept the documetns buyer seal and sign them and send them back to the seller Via DHL 2 copies printed and seal and sign the hard copies.
Both Put 1 one copy to each representative bank.
Buyer send SBLC sample for acceptance to the seller bank ,after bank accept the buyers instrument , buyer send BG for one month Value valid for 12+1 month and 100% Irrevocable transferable Auto revolving Letter of Credit Payable at sight with the Presentation of the shipping Documents.
Seller Proper and send full POP and 2% PB (only for contract ) activate the NON operative Instrument.
Shippment start as per contract agreed.
