We invent Germany high technic and invent flat die pellet mill with three rollers. They can press 2-15mm diameter biomass ,wood and fertilizer pellets from sawdust,stalk,straw,peanut,sun flower,paper,palm shell or palm fiber,animal manure and do on.
Now the flat die pellet mill is our unique China national patent.Becasue,standing out from ring dies and other pellet mills is three rollers, adding one more roller. in this case, the bearing is enlarged, which can bear more pressure between rollers and flat die ,increase output, decrease friction, and delay lifetime.besides, the key parts are made by our CNC systems, which can assure the high quality and pressing efficiency.
The taper rollers and flat dies have the unique advantages of enlarging the rollers, so they are can not be replaced compared with other related eqipments.
